ORDER PLACEMENT POLICY

All Sweetheart Western orders are processed and shipped within 7-14 business days. Please note that customer orders will not be cancelled or be eligible for refunds due to processing and shipment times. Please note that Sweetheart Western does not ship outside of Canada and The United States. By ordering a product from www.sweetheartwestern.com, you are upon agreement of our shipping policy terms.

When placing an order:
-Please ensure your sizes/colours/addresses/etc. are correct and accurate before completing your purchase. Once an order is complete, Sweetheart Western is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses, delivered in the wrong size/colour/etc. and will not accept refund or exchange requests in this case.
-Please ensure that you have access to the email you use to complete your order, Sweetheart Western is unable to send emails to another account.
-We are not responsible for how long customs offices may hold onto your package for.

After your order has been processed:
-Sweetheart Western is not responsible for lost or stolen packaged that have been confirmed to be delivered to the address attached to the customer’s order.
-Shipping time may vary depending on your destination, Sweetheart Western does not have control over how long your order takes to deliver.
-Sweetheart Western is not responsible for any duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed upon package delivery.

Returns and exchanges:
-At this time, Sweetheart Western does not accept returns or exchanges for any items purchased through www.sweetheartwestern.com
-If you believe your item was faulty prior to shipping and was not damaged while being shipped to your address, please get in touch with Sweetheart Western at howdy@sweetheartwestern.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will do everything we can to resolve the situation on a case-by-case basis.
